1. Photographic Creations offers two types of licenses: domestic and commercial. You have a choice then to which licence you require. The differences are listed below

2. How can I use licensed content?
You may use content in any way that is not restricted in relation to the downloaded image and the licence it relates to.

Subject to those restrictions and the rest of the terms of this agreement, the rights granted to you by Photographic Creations are:
• Perpetual, meaning there is no expiration or end date on your rights to use the content you have downloaded during in relation to your licence

• Non-exclusive, meaning that you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. Photographic Creations can license the same content to other customers.

• Worldwide, meaning content can be used in any geographic territory.

• Unlimited, meaning you can use the content in an unlimited number of projects and in any media.

For domestic purposes only

Images can only be used for personal use, meaning you can print and frame to put up on you wall at your own property, but can not be printed and framed for others, even family members.

• Images can not be passed on to others or sold to others.
• Images can not be printed and framed and sold to others.
• Licence is not transferable to others.

For commercial use

This licence is a continuation of the domestic licence with less restrictions, meaning you have unlimited use but still abiding to the rules of the domestic licence.

You can use the downloaded images in a number of projects and any media, but as above you can not use the content for resale.
